The Practice and Research on the Talent Training of Electrical and Intelligence Building Majors

分析近20年"建筑电气与智能化"人才培养的实践过程,阐述"树"型人才培养体系,以及完整的课程与"3-3-2-2-1"实践教学内容;探索内涵建设、质量监控、可持续发展、师资队伍等方面深化改革的举措;总结在专业建设与教育教学中的经验,为促进本专业持续发展与保持特色优势以及发挥示范作用打下基础。

Based on the analysis of the practice of nearly 20 years’ talent training of Electric and Intelligence Building majors, this paper explains the tree-structured talent training system, a complete curriculum and the contents of “3-3-2-2-1” practice teaching. Deepen reform measures are explored from different aspects, such as connotation construction, quality control, sustainable development, and teaching staff. The experiences of specialty construction, education and teaching are summarized. The above work is the basis for promoting the sustainable development, maintaining the characteristics and advantages of the major, and playing a role of example.
