摘要 WAsP风资源评估系统具有优秀性能,广泛应用在风电场前期的微观选址过程中,它能够科学地评估风能资源成本、提高风电场建设投资决策的准确性.针对WAsP风资源评估经常存在的地形测绘和地表状况考察的限制,提出了在绘制WAsP模式需求的电子地形图时,将90m水平分辨率的SRTM地形高程数据应用其中,同时还利用GoogleEarth来绘制气象站周围的障碍物群和粗糙度描述文件.通过对浙江省舟山市岑港风电场进行风资源评估,并结合实际机型的功率曲线对其马目山23台风电机组进行模拟选址和发电量预测,验证了上述地形数据获取方法的可行性.通过RIX方法进行了误差修正,并与实际风电场发电量进行对比,结果表明上述方法具有较好的精度,所得结果可为模拟风电场微观选址提供实际参考. Because of the excellent performance at reducing the cost of wind resource assessment and improving the accuracy of constructing a wind farm,WAsP software is widely used for microscopic imitative position.Aiming at the restriction of topographic surveying and surface condition investigation for wind resource assessment,SRTM elevation data of 90-meter resolution is used for drawing electronic topographic map for WAsP,and also GoogleEarth data is used to describe barrier and roughness near meteorological station.The feasibility of the method is verified by wind resource assessment and imitative position of 23 wind generators of Cengang wind farm at Zhoushan Island in Zhejiang Province.The error of the results are estimated and corrected using RIX method to improve the accuracy,which is useful for simulation of imitative position of wind farm.
