摘要
本文选取多家省(市)电力公司2005年至2014年的避雷器危急、严重缺陷及故障并建立了样本数据库,对数据进行统计分析,开展了检测方式的检出效率及设备关键状态量的研究,并进行了关键状态量盲检率的优化评估,分析了取消停电例行试验的可行性。
This paper selects the critical defects,serious defects and failures operation data of the arrester in several provincial and municipal electric power companies from the year 2005 to 2014 and the sample database is also established. State variable and detection efficiency of the way of testing are studied through data analysis. Meanwhile,the blind-detection rate is calculated and the feasibility of canceling blackout routine test is analyzed.
