摘要
文章对湖南省境内500kV以上跨区直流输电线路进行防冰闪能力调查,将现场线路绝缘子配置数据与湖南省污区图和冰区图相结合进行分析。结果表明:宾金线和锦苏线有约一半的线路绝缘子配置梯度大小高于或接近于参考梯度,覆冰时降压运行,建议运行电压分别为650kV和700kV,复奉线有40.9%的线路杆塔绝缘子存在闪络风险,降压运行的建议电压为650kV;江城线绝缘配置极低,有69.4%的线路杆塔绝缘子配置梯度大小高于或接近于参考梯度,一旦覆冰必须降压运行。
In order to improve the capacity of responding to natural disasters,research on anti-icing ability of DC transmission cross-line in Hunan province which voltage class is above 500kV is conducted,and the field data of insulation configuration combined with ice and pollution area chart of Hunan province is also analyzed. Results show that Binjin line and Jinsu line have about half of insulation which configuration gradient size are above or close reference gradient,and it is recommended that operating the power system with a lower voltage once covered with ice,and the lower voltage is suggested 650kV and 700kV respectively. Conversely,40. 9% of insulation in Fufeng line run the risk of flashover,and the lower voltage is recommended to650kV. Moreover,Jiangcheng line attains a extremely low insulation configuration and has about 69. 4% of insulation which configuration gradient size are above or close reference gradient. As a consequence of this,it should be operated at a lower voltage once iced.
