摘要
高等教育自我评价在欧美高等教育评价体系中占有重要的位置,其在提高管理质量和保障高等教育质量方面发挥了重要作用。欧美高等教育自我评价从20世纪80年代末期开始发展以来经历了实践探索阶段、理论萌芽阶段和制度化阶段,发展过程呈现出发展迅速、借鉴企业管理先进思想、求同存异与常态化的发展特点。欧美高等教育自我评价的发展历程和经验为我国发展高等教育自我评价,完善高等教育评价体系提供了可借鉴的依据。
Higher education self- assessment occupies an important position in the European and American assessment system and plays a vital role in increasing the quality of management and higher education. It started from the late 1980 s and experienced Practice Exploration Stage,Theory Budding Stage and institutionalized Stage. The development is characteristic of developing rapidly,borrowing advanced theory of business administration,and seeking common points while reserving differences and normalization. Finally,the self- assessment experience of European and American higher education could provide us with references to develop the higher education self- assessment and perfect assessment system in our country.
