近几年来,高校教师师德建设存在一些问题:部分教师在意识形态、职业道德、学术研究等方面的失范行为,损害高校教师整体的社会声誉,在社会上造成不良影响,引起了党和政府及社会的高度重视与极大关注。深刻反思高校教师师德出现的问题,认真分析产生的根源,采取有效对策加强师德建设,对深化高等教育改革,提高人才培养质量,为社会主义现代化建设输送更多的合格建设者和可靠的接班人,具有十分重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。

In recent years,the status of teachers' ethics in colleges and universities is unsatisfactory. Some teachers have misbehaviors one way or another,in the aspects of ideology,professional ethics and academic research,which are exposed frequently by a variety of media. Meanwhile,this phenomenon has seriously damaged the image of higher education,corrupted the overall social reputation of teachers in colleges and universities,and resulted in adverse effects in the society. All of these have aroused great attention from the party,the government and the society. Therefore,we should deeply reflect on teachers' ideological and moral problems,analyze the causes and take effective measures to strengthen the morality construction. It has very important practical meaning and far-reaching historical significance for us to deepen the reform of higher education,improve the quality of personnel training,and train more qualified builders and reliable successors for the construction of socialist modernization.
