The paper briefly describes the implementation of BIM technology in the design institutes,introduces BIM technology design procedures and application effect,analyzes BIM application barrier from aspects of BIM standards,BIM software and hardware demands,and secondary development design,and finally puts forward some BIM promotion and application methods.
