高校辅导员博士培养的现状、困境及对策分析

Doctoral Programs for College Advisors:Current Situation,Predicaments and Countermeasures

我国高校辅导员在职攻读博士学位专项工作取得了很大成绩,招生规模、招生专业不断扩大,在培养方案、课程设置与考核、学位授予等方面达成了共识。但在发展过程也遇到了一些亟待解决的问题,建议把高校辅导员博士学位计划纳入专业学位序列、制定辅导员博士培养指导性方案、创新辅导员博士培养模式等。

In-service Doctoral Programs for college advisors have advanced considerably in China,not only in terms of enrollment scale and major,but also in terms of the training scheme,curriculum and assessment and degree conferment.Yet,problems still exist.This paper suggests to bring doctoral programs for college advisors into line with professional degree sequence,establish a special guideline and create new training modes.
