炼油中水与补水混合的试验研究与应用

Experimental study and application of water and replenished water mixture in refinery

根据炼油污水深度处理的回用UF水水质及一循补水的实际情况,通过与工业水或深井水混合的防腐蚀、阻垢试验,确定了混合的比例,经过工业应用,不仅防腐蚀、阻垢效果明显,而且减缓设备腐蚀,同时节约水资源,效益显著。

Based on the quality of reused UF water of refinery waster water deep treatment and actual situation of replenished water of No. 1 circulating water plant,anti-corrosion and anti-scaling tests were made to industrial water or deep well water mixture,mixing proportion was determined. Application showed that the anti-corrosion and anti-scaling result is significant,equipment corrosion is slowed down,water resource is saved,and benefit is remarkable.
