摘要
汽轮机转子末级叶片断裂,采用计算、强度分析、振动分析和测频等方法,找出叶片断裂的原因为多源疲劳断裂。由于叶片安装时没有挤紧,致使叶片松动,叶片与转子发生低频共振。在蒸汽弯曲应力的作用下引起疲劳破坏叶片最终断裂。通过更换叶片和拉筋材质、修改叶型,改变叶片频率、在拉筋孔处加上凸台等方法对叶片进行技术改造,投入使用后,该汽轮机运行平稳。
The last stage blades of turbine rotor got broken. Methods including calculation,strength analysis,vibration analysis and frequency measurement were used,and it was found out that the main cause for blade fracture was multi-source fatigue fracture. Because the blade was not squeezed enough during installation,the blade became loose,and low frequency resonance of the blade and rotor occurred. The action of steam bending stress caused fatigue- ruptured blade broken eventually. Technical transformation was made by replacing blades and tie piece material,modifying blade profile,changing blade frequency and adding bosses on tie piece holes,this steam turbine operated steadily after being put into operation.
