摘要
设计一种基于虚拟对象的分散控制系统试验平台,该平台利用Matlab/simulink建立对象模型,模拟实际生产过程;利用NT6000进行DCS设计,实现逻辑组态、监控画面组态等功能;以OPC协议为基础实现Matlab与NT6000之间的通讯,通过OPC读/写操作实现DCS控制侧和模型侧之间的信号传递.基于该平台设计双容水箱单回路控制DCS系统,验证了该方案的可行性.
This paper aims to design an experiment platform for a distributed objects, which uses Matlab/simulink to establish a controlled object model to simulate the actual production process;NT6000 is used to implement the DCS design, including logic constitution, system monitor chart 0PC protocol is used to implement the communication bet veen Matlab and NT6000, signals between the DCS side andmodel side are transmitted by adopting 0PC reading/writing method. Base on this platform, a DCS for double-holdingwater tank with single-loop is designed, and the feasibility of the scheme is verified.
