摘要 探讨高强钢的力学性能、强度特点和经济优势.建立3个500 k V的实际输电塔架的空间桁架模型,分别选用Q345、Q420角钢,对比选用不同钢材后塔重的变化,研究塔架在各种危险工况下的内力与变形.运用ANSYS软件研究高强钢输电塔架的稳定承载力问题.结果表明,高强钢不仅强度高、承载力大,能防止倒塔,还能发挥经济技术优势,提升行业在国际市场的竞争力. This paper mainly discusses mechanical properties, strengtli characteristics and economic advantages of high-strength steels. Three models for 500kV transm ission tower of real space truss were established. The changes in towerweights of diffe rent steels were com pared and studied using Q345 and Q420 angle steels. Internal force and deform ation oftower trussun dervarious risk conditions were also examined. Finally , ANSYS software was used to study the sta bilitybearing capacity of high-stre ngth-steel transm ission towers. The results show thathig hstrength steel not only has highstrength, large bearing capacity to prevent back tower, and is also econom ically enhancing the com petitiveness in interna tionalm arket.
