摘要
目的研究马鞍树属植物朝鲜槐的化学成分。方法用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20柱层析的方法分离纯化,通过波谱解析鉴定化合物结构。结果分离得到7种化合物,分别鉴定为(-)-cytisine(1)、(-)-Nmethylcytisine(2)、(-)-N-ethylcytisine(3)、N-methylenehydroxycytisine(4)、(-)-N-(2-oxopyrrolidinomethyl)cytisine(5)、di-O-methyldaidzein(6)、formononetin-7-O-β-D-apiofuranosy-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(7)。结论化合物3、4首次从马鞍树属植物中分离得到,化合物5首次从朝鲜槐植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Maackia amurensis Rupr.et Maxim.Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH -20 column chromatography.The structures of the compounds were elucidated by NMR and mass spectrometry analysis.Results Seven compounds were isolated and their structures were established as (-)-cytisine(1 ),(-)-N -methylcytisine(2),(-)-N -ethylcytisine(3),N -methylenehydroxycytisine(4),(-)-N -(2 -oxopyrrolidinomethyl)cytisine(5),di -O -methyldaidzein(6),formononetin -7 -O-β-D -apiofuranosy -(1 →6)-β-D -glucopyranoside(7).Conclusion Compound 3 and 4 were obtained from Maackia genus for the first time.Compound 5 were obtained from Maackia amurensis Rupr.et Maxim.for the first time.
