摘要
目的对海洋软体动物贻贝的抗氧化活性进行体外研究。方法贻贝匀浆后分别用正己烷、乙酸乙酯、氯仿、正丁醇、水进行提取,并对提取物进行抗氧化试验,同时与没食子酸和抗坏血酸两种合成抗氧化剂进行对照。结果试验结果表明乙酸乙酯提取物具有较高的抗氧化活性,在浓度为10-80μg·mL^-1范围内,随着浓度的增加其抗氧化能力与没食子酸和抗坏血酸接近。结论贻贝提取物具有显著的抗氧化活性,抗氧化活性与提取物的浓度之间具有很好的相关性。
Objective To study the antioxidant activity of marine mollusk Mytilus edulis in vitro.Methods After the Mytilus edulis were homogenated,hexane,ethyl acetate,chloroform,butanol,water were used separately to extract,and the antioxidant activity of the mussel extraction were tested,compared with two synthetic antioxidants gallic acid and ascorbic acid.Results The ethyl acetate extracts showed high antioxidant activity at a concentration of 1 0 -80 μg·mL^-1 ,the rise of concentration contributed to the increasing antioxidant capacity,which was getting closer to gallic acid and ascorbic acid. Conclusion Mytilus edulis extracts showed significant antioxidant activity,which related largely to the concentration of the extracts.
