不同产地金果榄药材中古伦宾含量测定

Determination of columbin in Radix Tinosporae from different origins

目的以古伦宾含量为指标比较不同产地金果榄药材的质量。方法采用C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为固定相,以乙腈-水(40∶60)为流动相,检测波长为210 nm,流速为1.0 m L·min-1,柱温为30℃。结果各地所产金果榄药材中古伦宾含量均符合《中国药典》标准规定,其中重庆、广西崇左、陕西汉中和四川万源等地所产者含量相对较高。结论本试验可为金果榄药材的选择和应用提供依据。

Objective To evaluate the qualities of columbin in Radix Tinosporae.Methods Separations were carried out on a C1 8 column （4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm）by gradient elution with acetonitrile -water（40∶60）,the detection wavelength was 21 0 nm,the flow rate was 1 .0 mL·min^ -1 ,and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results The contents of columbin in all herbs were in accordance with the requirement of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,and herbs from Chongqing,Chongzuo,Hanzhong and Wanyuan exhibited a higher level of columbin compared to those from other origins.Conclusion This test can provide some useful information for the selection and application of Radix Tinosporae.
