应用型人才培养背景下高校思想政治理论课教学改革的若干思考

A Thought of the Teaching Reform of Ideological and Political Course in the Context of Training Applied Talents

教育部、国家发展改革委、财政部联合下发了《关于引导部分地方普通本科高校向应用型转变的指导意见》,就推动部分地方高校转型发展提出了指导性意见,这为高校思想政治理论课教学改革与创新发展提供了新的思路与契机。文章分析了应用型本科院校的含义与特征、加强思想政治教育的重要意义、存在的主要问题,并围绕"双师型"教师队伍建设、教学方式与方法改革、实践教学基地建设、多元化考核方式改革、强化突出道德教育的作用展开论述。

On the Guidelines of Leading Some Local Colleges to Transform to Applied Ones co-issued by Ministry of Education National Development and Reform Commission Ministry of Finance puts forwards some constructive suggestion on how to transform some local colleges to applied ones, providing new thinking and chances for teaching reform about ideological and political course. This paper analyzes the definition and features of applied universities, the significance of reinforcing ideological and political education and the existent problems; and then explores the following topics, such as training of double-qualified teachers, the reform of the teaching method, the basis of practical teaching, ways of assessment and highlighting the role of moral education.
