国务院《关于积极推进"互联网+"行动的指导意见》的出台,不仅为我国国民经济发展带来创新思路,也为民族艺术发展注入了新的动力。作者以"互联网+"时代下京族民歌为例,通过结合线上线下模式、手机互动媒体平台,多途径传播信息的时代背景,针对"互联网+"时代下京族民歌传承和发展问题,探讨出新思路以更好地应对新的发展浪潮。

' The Guideline to promote the initiative of‘Internet Plus' 'issued by the State Council not only brings innovative thinking of China's economic development, but injects vitality into the development of national arts. In the time of 'internet plus', taking the folk songs of Jing people as an example, this paper propounds new thoughts to adapt to new development as to the inheritance and development of folk songs of Jing people in the time of 'internet plus' by means of on-line and off-line model, cell phone media and background of communications through ways.
