摘要
流变性控制与维持是高密度钻井液施工的关键技术难题。通过分析粒度级配对高密度钻井液流变性的影响,确定出重晶石和铁矿粉的最佳粒度级配,依据Aflred分布方程考察了分布模数对重晶石和铁矿粉加重的高密度钻井液流变性的影响。试验结果表明,加重材料合理的粒度级配可显著改善高密度钻井液的流变性;当重晶石颗粒分布模数n=0.4,铁矿粉颗粒分布模数n=0.6时,加重的高密度钻井液的流变性较好,同时能保持较低的沉降密度差和高温高压滤失量。
The rheology control and maintenance are a key technical problem in the operation of high density drilling fluid.The influence of particle classification on the rheology of high-density drilling fluid is analyzed.In order to determine the optimal particle classification of barite and iron ore,the rheology of high-density drilling fluid weighted with barite and iron ore in different distribution modulus is investigated by using the distribution equation of Aflred.The experimental results show weighting materials with reasonable particle classification can significantly improve the rheological properties of high-density drilling fluid.When the particle distribution modulus n=0.4of barite,and n=0.6of iron ore are established,the high-density drilling fluid weighted with them respectively has a good rheology,at the same time it can maintain low sedimentation,high temperature and high pressure filtration.
