聚合物驱油体系与油藏配伍关系的一种优化设计新方法

摘要 传统聚合物尺寸与油藏配伍的表示方法反映的是聚合物单分子级别与孔喉的配伍,而实际聚合物驱油体系与油藏的配伍关系研究应体现聚合物聚集体与孔喉的配伍,并考虑体系在地层深部的可流动性。在对比分析国内外相关方法的基础上,通过理论计算及大量试验研究,建立了一套地层驱替压差条件下聚合物体系与油藏孔喉配伍关系的新方法,进而建立了聚合物驱油体系与油藏配伍关系图版。新方法考虑了聚合物体系尺寸在近井地带高压力梯度与地层深部低压力梯度条件下的差异,较为准确地建立了聚合物驱油体系与油藏的配伍关系,为矿场聚驱油藏选用合适的聚合物驱油体系提供重要依据与技术支持。 Traditional methods for expressing the compatibility between polymer size and oil reservoir reflect the matching of unimolecular level of polymer and pore throat,while the actual compatibility between polymer oil-displacing system and oil reservoir virtually reflects the matching of polymer aggregation and pore throat,besides,system's mobility in formation at great depth should be taken into consideration.Based on comparative analysis of the methods used at home and abroad,a new method of the compatibility between polymer system and oil reservoirpore throat under formation displacement pressure is established by using theoretical calculation and a large number of experimental studies,and then,the chart board for the compatibility between polymer oil-displacing system and reservoir is established.The diversity of polymer system size caused by high pressure gradient at near borehole zones and low pressure gradient of formation at great depth are also taken into consideration,the compatibility between polymer oil-displacing system and oil reservoir is more precisely established,which provides an important basis and technical support for selecting polymer oil-displacing system suitable to field polymer flooding reservoirs.
