江泽民同志的“七一”讲话 ,高瞻远瞩地向全党提出进一步解放思想、实事求是的艰巨任务 ,指出进一步解放思想是贯彻“三个代表”的迫切需要 ,强调自觉做到三个“解放出来”的重大意义。贯彻落实三个“解放出来”的重要思想 ,必须要准确地领会马克思主义科学论断的原意和精髓 ,要用发展的辩证的眼光看问题 ,不要拘泥于马克思主义经典作家的个别论断 ,要正确理解实践与理论的辩证关系 ,坚持实践是检验真理的惟一标准 。

Jiang Ze min's “July 1st”Speech, which shows great foresight, sets forth an arduous task for our Party to further emancipate the mind and to seek truth from the facts. The speech points out that to further emancipate the mind is the urgent need to carry out“the Three Representations”.The significance of the three emancipations must be emphasized. Their ideas must be carried out. The exact meaning and the quintessence of the Marxist scientific statements must be accurately understood and grasped. Things must be viewed dialectically and in light of their development. We must not restrict ourselves to the isolated statements of certain Marxist classic writers. We must have a sound understarding of the dialectical relation between theory and practice. We must always bear in mind that practice is the only way to test truth and be active in theoretical creation.
