摘要
冷却剂主管道是压力堆核电站核岛内的关键部件,其加工制造质量直接影响到核电站的运行安全。针对冷却剂主管道在管坯车削加工过程中的技术瓶颈,分析了传统车削加工工艺缺陷,结合DL250数控车床的特点,提出一套实用有效的优化加工方案,解决了冷却剂主管道管坯车削加工中效率低、成本高、劳动强度大等问题,为超重、超大异型工件的车削加工积累了经验,对企业实际生产具有推广意义。
Coolant piping is the key component of pressure reactor in the nuclear power plant. Its processing quality directly affects the safe operation of nuclear power plant. According to the coolant piping technology bottleneck in the tube blank lathe machining process,the traditional machining process defects were analyzed; combining with the characteristics of DL250 CNC lathe,a set of practical and effective optimization processing scheme was put forward. So low efficiency,high cost,big labor intensity in turning of the coolant pipe are solved. It accumulates experience for turning overweight,oversized shaped workpieces. It has actual popularizing significance for enterprise.
