摘要
以某型数控闸式剪板机为研究对象,介绍当前常用的诺萨里剪切力计算公式,利用Solid Works建立三维剪切模型,运用Deform-3D有限元分析软件对剪切过程进行数值模拟,获得闸式剪板机剪切板材时剪切力的变化情况。并运用应变电测法对闸式剪板机进行了剪切力测试,发现Deform-3D仿真值与实验测试结果基本相同,且与用诺萨里公式计算得到的结果比较接近,为运用有限元解决问题的可行性提供了依据。
A certain CNC shearing machine was taken as the research object. A commonly used Novartis Surrey shear stress formula was introduced,then three-dimensional shear model was established by using Solid Works,the simulation of cutting process was analyzed by Deform-3D finite element analysis software. The method of strain electrical measurement was used to test the shear stress of the brake type shearing machine. It is found that the simulation result and the experiment test are basically same; also,the simulation value is similar with the calculated result of Novartis Surrey formula. It provides basis that finite element method is feasible to solve problems.
