摘要
当今95%以上测井车采用液压传动。在测井过程中,当电缆运行速度低于30 m/h时,电缆会出现爬行现象,影响数据的可靠性。针对电缆的爬行现象,分析其产生原因,通过模拟现场工况试验以及现场实际使用提出解决办法:在液压回路中,在马达到油泵的低压侧管路中加装超低速阀,使电缆能在低于30 m/h的速度下稳定运行,可以保证测井仪器数据采集的稳定性和可靠性。
Today,in more than 95% logging trucks,hydraulic system is adopted. Cable will be crawled when the cable running speed is less than 30 m / h,influencing reliability of test data. An analysis was made in view of the phenomenon that cable crawled. By simulation experiments and real use,a solution was proposed that ultra-low-speed valve was added into the low pressure pipe from the motor to the pump in the hydraulic system which made the cable run stably under the speed less than 30 m / h. Then the stability and reliability of the collected data can be guaranteed.
