摘要
根据打磨机器人对打磨压力控制的要求,进行打磨机械装置、PLC控制系统及压力传感器系统的设计。以一个粗加工后的二维曲面、两个倒圆角面和平面为例进行了打磨。实验结果表明:打磨后的表面更光洁,平整度更高;该方案可以满足打磨机器人对打磨压力的实时控制要求,实现了打磨过程的自动化、智能化。
Considering the fact that grinding robots ask for grinding pressure,Grinding machine,PLC control system and the pressure sensor system were designed. A two-dimensional curved surface rough machined,two fillet surfaces and planes were grinded as a case in point. The experiment shows that the surface polished is more smooth,high flatness. This control strategy can meet grinding robot' s demand of real-time control for pressure control,which strategy has realized automation,intelligent on grinding process.
