锥阀式数字比例溢流阀特性的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究以高速开关阀为先导阀、安全阀为锥阀结构的数字比例溢流阀特性.搭建数字比例溢流阀试验平台,开展了锥阀式数字比例溢流阀的试验研究.试验结果表明:当高速开关阀控制信号的频率为50 Hz时,既能保证一定的有效占空比范围,又能满足系统的频率响应性能;锥阀式数字比例溢流阀的重复特性较好;在占空比正反向连续变化时,锥阀式数字比例溢流阀的系统输出压力在同一占空比时的变化很小,滞环现象不明显,能够满足系统控制的要求;不同流量对占空比范围和最高压力影响不大,但影响系统最低压力;锥阀式数字比例溢流阀调节压力在10% -60%范围内近似线性变化,比滑阀式结构调压性能好. The characteristics of the digital proportional relief valve were researched. The pilot valve of the structure of digital proportional relief valve was a high-speed on-off valve and the safety valve was a cone valve. The test bench of digital proportional relief valves was built. Some experimental study on the cone valve type digital proportional relief valve was carried out. The experiments results show that when the frequency of control signal of a high-speed on-off valve is at 50 Hz,both the duty cycle scope and performance of frequency response of the system are effective and satisfied. The repeatability of the cone valve type digital proportional relief valve is good. When the duty cycle is changing in forward and in reverse continuously,the output pressure of the valve system has little difference in the same duty cycle,the lagging loop is not obvious and the cone valve can meet the requirements of control system. Different flow has little influence on duty cycle scope and the maximum pressure,while it affects the minimum pressure. The digital proportional relief valve with a cone valve performs better than a slide valve structure,and the pressure is similar to linear change following by the duty cycle control signal which is changing from 10% to 60%.
