摘要
全液压牙轮钻机在钻进时,对钻杆进行扭矩限制,对整机的安全性具有重要作用。通过对钻杆负载特性分析和回转系统理论研究,设计了以溢流阀和以逻辑插装阀为关键元件的两种阀组,对回转液压系统起到限压作用。采用AMESim软件对两种阀组进行仿真分析,得到回转工况仿真曲线,明确了两种阀下游压力是否对其开口压力产生影响。对逻辑插装阀进行数学建模,分析了其动静态特性。对回转限压系统进行仿真和试验分析,得到牙轮钻机回转液压马达输出扭矩曲线,试验结果验证了仿真分析的正确性和回转限压阀组的可行性,为国产牙轮钻机回转液压系统的设计研发提供理论基础与实践经验。
While the full hydraulic rotary drill drilling,torque limitation of the drill pipe plays an important role in the safety of the whole machine. Through the analysis of load characteristics of the drill pipe and the theoretical research of the rotary system,two kinds of rotary pressure limiting valve groups whose key components are relief valve and cartridge valve respectively were designed in order to limit the pressure of slewing hydraulic system. AMESim was used to simulate and analyze the valve groups,the rotary simulation curve was gained and whether the downstream pressure of the valves affects its opening pressure was made clear. Mathematical model of the logical cartridge valve was established and its dynamic and static characteristics were analyzed. The rotary pressure limiting system was analyzed by simulation and test. The output torque curve of the drill rotary hydraulic motor was gained. Correctness of the simulation analysis is verified by experiment results which show the feasibility of the rotary valve group. The theoretical basis and practical experience are provided for the design and development of the hydraulic system of domestic rotary drill.
