摘要
为了对液压挖掘机进行整体性分析和改进,首先在ADAMS环境下建立挖掘机仿真模型,并在空载和加载情况下对模型进行动力学仿真分析,通过对比仿真曲线与实际样机工况,验证了模型的正确性,然后在模型的基础上对挖掘机工作装置进行优化,经验算证明优化后的工作装置能有效地提升挖掘机工作装置的效率,具有良好的应用前景。
In order to analysis and improve hydraulic excavator system as whole,the simulation modeling of excavator hydraulic system was established based on ADAMS environment. The simulation model was dynamically analyzed under no-load and load condition. Through comparison of the simulation curve and actual working condition,the effectiveness of the established model was demonstrated. The excavator hydraulic system was optimized based on simulation model. Checking computations prove that working efficence is effectively improved after optimization of the excavator hydraulic system,which has a good application prospect.
