摘要
对离合器液压系统组成及其工作原理进行了深入分析,在合理简化的基础上,建立了液压泵、溢流阀、蓄能器、电液比例减压阀、电液比例流量阀以及离合器执行器等液压元件的数学模型,建立了离合器液压系统控制模型。仿真与试验结果对比,虽然存在一定误差,但是二者基本吻合,从而验证了仿真模型的正确性。
An in-depth research on structure and principle of DCT hydraulic system is conducted.A mathematical model of the clutch hydraulic system is established based on reasonable simplification.The simulation results are in agreement with the experimental results,which verifies the correctness of the simulation model.
