摘要
针对多缸液压升降台同步控制的问题,对采用主从控制策略的同步控制系统进行了理论分析与系统设计,通过Matlab软件仿真分析液压升降缸的同步跟踪性能。结果表明,主从控制可以实现高性能动态同步精度。
A theoretical analysis and system design are completed for the synchronous control system of employing master-slave control strategy with a focus on the synchronization control of hydraulic lifting platform with multi-cylinder.The synchronous tracking performance of hydraulic lifting cylinder is analyzed by applying Matlab simulation software.The results show that the master-slave control can realize the dynamic synchronous precision of high-performance.
