The traditional Party's leading mode is faced with challenges in view of the Party's political background and its mission in the new century. The creation and the establishing of the democratic and lawful leading mode is the urgent need to develop market economy, propel democratic politics and rule by law, consolidate the Party's leading status and deepen the political system reform.
