针刺联合缩唇呼吸治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期84例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 84 cases of COPD by acupuncture plus reduced lip breathing

目的:探讨针刺穴位联合缩唇呼吸对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者症状改善及呼吸功能的影响。方法:将84例入院AECOPD患者随机分为对照组(n=42)与治疗组(n=42)。对照组给予内科常规治疗和一般护理,治疗组在此基础上运用针刺穴位联合指导患者进行缩唇呼吸的治疗措施,比较两组患者治疗前后呼吸功能及血气分析的结果。结果:两组治疗后比较,治疗组较对照组在症状改善及呼吸功能改善方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合缩唇呼吸能明显改善AECOPD患者的呼吸功能,提高生存质量。

Objective: To investigate effects of acupuncture plus reduced lip breathing on respiratory function and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods: 84 cases of hospitalized AECOPD were randomly divided into the control group(n = 42) and treatment group(n = 42). The control group received conventional medical and general care; the treatment group took acupuncture plus reduced lip breathing. Results: After treatment, improvement of symptoms and respiratory function in two groups showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture plus reduced lip breathing can significantly improve respiratory function in AECOPD patients.
