三伏铺灸治疗腰椎退行性骨关节病110例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 110 cases of lumbar degenerative joint disease by TCM moxibustion

目的:观察三伏铺灸治疗腰椎退行性骨关节病的疗效。方法:将110例腰椎退行性骨关节病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。观察组采用三伏铺灸治疗,选取督脉悬枢至长强、夹脊穴、双秩边穴,三伏天内中药隔姜泥艾灸;对照组采用口服萘丁美酮胶囊治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后、治疗后6个月疼痛积分。结果:两组治疗后疼痛积分明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明两组临床疗效均优良;观察组治疗6个月后疼痛积分明显降低(P<0.05),对照组治疗6月后疼痛积分降低不明显(P>0.05),治疗6个月后观察组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:两种治疗方法即时疗效相近,但三伏铺灸6个月后远期疗效明显优于萘丁美酮。

Objective: To observe effects of TCM moxibustion on lumbar degenerative joint disease. Methods: 110 patients with lumbar degenerative osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, 55 cases in each group. The observation group took TCM moxibustion; the control group took naphthalene nabumetone capsules. Results: After treatment, the pain score was significantly lower(P<0.05); clinical efficacy was excellent. In 6 months, the pain score in the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05), and in the control group was not obvious(P>0.05); the difference was statistically significant, indicating that clinical efficacy in the observation group was better. Conclusion: Two treatment methods showed similar instant effect, but long-term effect of TCM moxibustion was significantly better than nabumetone.
