针灸疗法在颈椎损伤治疗中的临床价值

Clinical effects of acupuncture on cervical spine injury

目的:探讨针灸疗法在颈椎损伤治疗中的临床价值,为今后的工作提供思路。方法:以我院骨科住院处于2014年1月-2014年12月期间收治的60例颈椎损伤患者作为本研究的观察对象,随机将其分为对照组与观察组各30例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上联合针灸治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果与证候评分。结果:治疗后,观察组中痊愈11例,有效17例,无效2例,总有效率为93.33%;对照组中痊愈6例,有效15例,无效9例,总有效率为70.00%;观察组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。治疗前,两组的证候总积分比较无明显差异,差异不具有统计学意义,P>0.05;治疗后,观察组的证候总积分为(6.71±0.64)分,对照组为(9.58±0.56)分,观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:在颈椎损伤患者的临床治疗中配合针灸疗法可以有效缓解患者的临床症状,提高治疗效果,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective: To investigate clinical value of acupuncture in treating cervical spine injury. Methods: 60 cases of cervical injury were randomly divided into the control group and observation group. 30 patients in the control group was given conventional treatment; the observation group took acupuncture more. Results: After treatment, the observation group cured 11 cases, effective in 17 cases, invalid in 2 cases; the total efficiency was 93.33%, significantly higher than that in the contfol grovy, P<0.05; after treatment, the observation group syndromes total score of(6.71±0.64) points were less than(9.58±0.56) points in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: The acupuncture therapy for cervical injury can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms.
