摘要
本文主要介绍金杰教授运用黄连温胆汤治疗抑郁症经验,分析抑郁症的病因病机,认为抑郁症应从痰热内扰进行辨证治疗,介绍黄连温胆汤的组成、功用、适应症并附医案予以分析,总结得出抑郁症凡证属痰热内扰证者均可使用温胆汤加减治疗。
In this article, clinical experience of Professor Jin Jie for treating depression with the Huanglian Wendan decoction was introduced. Etiology and pathogenesis of depression were analyzed, and the dialectical treatment of depression should go to phlegm; component, function and indication of the Huanglian Wendan decoction were introduced; and indications medical records also were analyzed.
