四妙四物汤在大隐静脉曲张治疗中的临床观察和研究

Clinical research on applying the Simiao Siwu decoction before operation of great saphenous varicose

目的:分析和研究四妙四物汤在大隐静脉曲张治疗中的的临床疗效。方法:我院54例大隐静脉曲张(不伴溃疡)的患者术前行四妙四物汤治疗(口服加足浴),并分组相互对照研究。结果:治疗组总显效率为66.67%,对照组显效率为55.56%,两组存在显著差异性(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:四妙四物汤对大隐静脉曲张有显著疗效,避免了术前使用改善微循环的药物,同时减轻了入院治疗给患者带来的经济及精神压力。药物使用简单、方便、安全、价廉且无任何不良反应,患者容易接受,值得临床推广。

Objective: To analyze and research clinical efficacy of the Simiao Siwu decoction on great saphenous varicose. Methods: 54 patients with great saphenous varicose(without ulcer) were treated with the Simiao Siwu decoction(oral plus feet bath), grouped and studied. Results: The total efficiency was 66.67% in the treatment group, and 55.56% in the control group. The differenee was statisticdh significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Treating great saphenous varicose with the Simiao Siwu decoction can gain a significant effect, avoid the economic and mental pressure due to the intravenous medicine before. Medicine is convenient, safe, inexpensive, easy accepted, without co mplications, and worthy of clinical promotion.
