复方血栓通联合卵磷脂络合碘片治疗眼底出血的临床分析

A clinical analysis of treating retinal hemorrhage with Xueshuangtong plus lecithin iodine

目的:探讨复方血栓通联合卵磷脂络合碘片治疗眼底出血的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的眼底出血患者90例,按照双盲法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组患者口服复方血栓通治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上使用卵磷脂络合碘片治疗,观察对比两组患者的临床疗效,并检测显效时间及不良发应发生率。结果:经治疗后,对照组的总有效率(82.22%)明显低于观察组(95.56%),组间比较差异具有统计学意义(x2=4.0500,P<0.05);对照组的显效时间显著短于观察组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(t=13.1784,P<0.01);对照组患者的不良反应发生率(13.33%)明显高于观察组(2.22%),组间比较差异具有统计学意义(x2=3.8726,P<0.05)。结论:复方血栓通联合卵磷脂络合碘片在眼底出血的治疗中临床疗效显著,能有效缩短治疗时间,不良反应轻且少,值得在临床上大力推广。

Objective: To investigate retinal hemorrhage with compound Xueshuangtong plus lecithin iodine. Methods: 90 cases were divided into the control group and observation group, 45 cases in each group; the control group was treated with compound Xueshuantong, and the observation group was given phospholipid complex iodine. Results: After treatment, total efficiency(82.22%) in the control group was significantly lower than 95.56% in the observation group(x2 = 4.0500, P<0.05); In the control group adverse events(13.33%) was significantly higher than in the observa tion group(2.22%)(x2 = 3.8726, P<0.05). Conclusion: Cornpound Xueshuangtong plus lecithin iodine for retinal hemorrhage was significant ly effective, can shorten the duration of treatment, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
