自拟养脉方治疗缓慢性心律失常62例

Treating 62 cases of bradycardia with the Yangmai prescription

目的:探讨自拟养脉方治疗缓慢性心律失常患者的临床疗效。方法:选取我院心内科住院部与门诊部2014年1月-2015年1月收治的缓慢性心律失常124例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组,各62例,对照组患者采用西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用自拟养脉方治疗。比较两组临床疗效的差异。结果:观察组显效率与总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟养脉方治疗缓慢性心律失常患者的临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。

Objective: To evaluate clinical efficacy of the Yangmai prescription on bradycardia. Methods: 124 cases were divided into observation group and the control group, 62 patients in the control group took western medicine treatment; the observation group was given the Yangmai prescription treatment more. Results: The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of the Yangmai prescription on bradycardia is obvious,and worthy of clinical application.
