药物贴敷联合药物离子导入“冬病夏治”治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床疗效观察

Treating COPD in the Dongbing Xiazhi theory of TCM

目的:探讨药物贴敷联合药物离子导入"冬病夏治"治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效。方法:将本院"冬病夏治"患者100例分为治疗组50例,对照组50例。对照组给予传统药物穴位贴敷治疗;治疗组给予药物贴敷联合药物离子导入治疗。治疗后1年内观察症状变化及统计住院次数,用SPSS13.0软件评估临床疗效。结果:两组患者在临床治疗后,减少了住院次数,发作次数,减轻了发作时的临床症状。两组疗效明显存在统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:药物贴敷联合药物离子导入"冬病夏治"治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病较单一药物贴敷更为显著,临床可推广使用。

Objective: To investigate efficacy of external application of TCM medicine on COPD. Methods: 100 patients were divided into the treatment group of 50 patients and the control group of 50 cases. The control group was given TCM acupoint application therapy; the treatment group was given iontophoresis treatment more. Results: The number of hospitalizations, attacks and the clinical symptoms were reduced in bothgroups. Efficacy in the treatment group was better(P<0.01). Conclusion: The TCM theory of Dongbing Xiazhi could help COPD patients recover effectively than application of medicine solo.
