骨科患者术后疼痛应用中医护理方案的减轻效果观察

Application of TCM pain care programs in postoperative orthopedic patients

目的:分析研究骨折患者手术之后应用中医护理方案疼痛的减轻效果,为临床实践提供依据。方法:选取2014年5月-2015年5月间的100例骨折手术患者的资料实施回顾性分析,将100例患者随机分为两组,观察组和对照组分别为50例,对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施中医护理方案,记录两组患者的疼痛减轻效果,对结果进行统计学分析。结果:观察组患者在护理24h之后,轻度疼痛率为38.0%,中度疼痛率为60.0%,重度疼痛率为2.0%;对照组患者的轻度疼痛率为26.0%,中度疼痛率为62.0%,重度疼痛率为12.0%,两组比较存在明显的差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:针对骨折患者采用中医护理方案能够有效缓解手术之后疼痛,应该在临床中大力推广使用。

Objective: To study clinical efficacy of TCM pain care programs on postoperative orthopedic complication. Methods: 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group, each group for 50 cases, routine care for the control group, TCM care program for another group. Results: After 24 hours, mild pain was 38.0%; moderate pain was 60.0%; severe pain was 2.0%; In the control group, they are 26.0%, 62.0%, 12.0%( P<0.05). Conclusion: TCM care program can effectively relieve pain after surgery.
