摘要
为了提高高能硝胺发射药工艺稳定性并为成型模具设计提供依据,利用毛细管流变仪研究了溶剂比、温度、硝化棉含氮量对硝胺发射药胶化物料流变性能的影响规律。通过对数据进行线性回归分析,得到了物料的非牛顿性指数n、粘流活化能△E_η。实验结果表明:物料流变性能呈现典型假塑性流体特征,随着剪切速率的增大,n值减小非牛顿性增强;表观粘度随着溶剂比增大、温度升高或含氮量的降低而降低。
In order to enhance the process stability and collect data for the designing of molds, the effects of solvent ratio, temperature and nitrogen content on the rheological property of nitramine propellant gels were studied using a rheometer. Experiment data were analyzed by linear regression method, and the non-Newton exponent and the viscous activation energy of high energy nitramine propellant gels were obtained .The results show that the high energy nitramine propellant gel is a typical pseudo plastic fluid. By increasing the shearing rate, the value ofn decreases and non-Newton property increases. And the apparent viscosity decreases by increasing the solvent ratio and the temperature, or decreasing the content of nitrogen.
