肝移植术后肝动脉狭窄的血管内支架治疗

Percutaneous intravascular stents for treatment of hepatic artery stenosis after liver transplantation

目的评价经皮血管内支架在肝移植术后肝动脉狭窄治疗中的应用。方法回顾性分析2009年1月—2013年1月肝移植术后肝动脉狭窄经皮血管内支架治疗的18例患者的临床资料。结果 18例患者中16例成功植入肝动脉支架17枚。术后随访1~7个月无支架再狭窄发生。结论经皮血管内支架治疗处理肝移植术后肝动脉狭窄安全有效。

Objective To evaluate the values of intravascular stents for hepatic artery stenosis after liver transplantation. Methods Date of patients with hepatic artery stenosis after liver transplantation from January 2009 to January 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Percutaneous stent deployment were performed in 16 patients with hepatic artery stenosis. During the follow-up period of 1-7 months, there was no restensis or occlusion of the stents occoured. Conclusions Percutaneous intravascular stent deployment is an effective treatment for hepatic artery stenosis after liver transplantation.
