BIM技术在公交立体车库中的应用与发展前景

Application of BIM Technology in Public Three-Dimensional Garages and Its Development Prospect

在公交都市建设中,需要发挥公交立体车库的基础性作用。面对建筑业的产业化、低碳化和信息化需求,在公交立体车库中应用效率更高,全寿命周期服务能力更强的BIM技术是大势所趋。该文结合国内公交立体车库的发展现状和BIM技术在城市公共交通行业的应用情况,针对公交立体车库的特点,从规划设计、施工、运维等方面论述了BIM技术的应用。同时对BIM技术与预制装配式混凝土结构、绿色建筑的结合也进行了探讨。最后剖析了BIM技术的相关应用难点后,展望了其发展前景。

In urban public transport construction,we need to play the basic role of the three-dimensional garage.Facing the industrialization of the construction industry,low carbonization and information demand,owing to the higher application efficiency of the three-dimensional garage in the public transport and stronger ability of the whole life cycle service,the application of BIM technology is the trend.Combined with the development status of the domestic public transport threedimensional garage and the application of BIM technology in urban public transport industry,aimed at the characteristics of public transport three-dimensional garage,this paper expounds the application of BIM technology from plan and design,construction and operation etc.Meanwhile,the paper probes into the combination of BIM technology with prefabricated assembled concrete structure and green construction.Finally,the paper analyzes the difficulties of BIM application and makes prospects for its development.
