美国图埃勒市图书馆SDA模式及其对我国馆员继续教育的启示 被引量:3

摘要 SDA是美国图埃勒市图书馆的一种馆员自主培训和发展模式。论文通过分析该模式的操作流程、运行机制、行动计划及产生的价值,获得如下启示:引入SDA模式有助于我国馆员继续教育更新理念、变革管理模式及优化教学设计。馆员继续教育应体现以人为本、主体、个性、开放的理念,采纳学院、模糊、文化的管理模式以及应用教学目标、对象、内容、方法和评价等相结合的教学设计。 SDA (Self-Directed Achievement) is a kind of learning model by which librarians of Tooele City Library in America train and promote themselves. By analyzing its operation process, operation mechanism, plan of action and value ,this paper obtains the following revelations, including the librarians ’continuing education in China should renew the educational ideas, change the management models and optimize the design of the teaching. The librarians ’continuing education at home should embody the educational ideas of the people-oriented idea, the subject idea, the personality idea and the open idea, as well as adopt the management models of collegial model, fuzzy model and cultural model and apply the instructional designs of the combination of the teaching goal, object, content, method and evaluation.
