艾滋病抗病毒药物及其治疗策略的研究进展 被引量：18

摘要 艾滋病是HIV感染造成机体免疫功能进行性下降的一种疾病,也称获得性免疫缺陷综合症（AIDS）[1-2].自1981年报告首例AIDS[3]以来,全球有3600多万人死于该病[4].20世纪90年代中期,“鸡尾酒”疗法的提出,高效抗逆转录病毒疗法（HAART）的出现,使AIDS治疗发生了革命性的变化.HAART不仅挽救了患者生命、改善其生活质量,并且能减少HIV传播.
