国家推出《统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设总体方案》,大力推动一批高水平大学和学科进入世界一流行列或前列,以加快我国高等教育强国建设进程。文章选取近年发展势头良好的一所优秀地方医科院校为代表,通过分析该校国家重点学科建设状况,依据"双一流"建设政策目标和价值导向,提出地方医科高校以重点学科建设为基础推进一流学科建设的思考和建议。
