八股牛种子休眠原因及调制方法的研究

以当年采集的八股牛种子为试验材料,经系统研究后认为,种皮内生长抑制剂的存在是造成八股牛种子休眠的主要原因,试验筛选出的优化调制方法可将种子萌芽率提高到80.2%。试验结果对八股牛的规模化育苗具有一定指导意义。

This paper taked this year collected seedsof D. dasycarpus Turczas experimental material,after systematic research believed that the seed coat growth inhibitor was the main cause of seed dormancy. The test screened the optimal modulation method can be the seeds sprout up to 80. 2%. The experimental results had certain directive significance on the scale seedling culture of D. dasycarpus Turcz.
