摘要
本实验在桉树组培瓶苗移栽时,用浸根接种方法为桉树苗接种培养好的自生固氮菌。试验在标准苗床中进行,采用随机区组设计。设置4个处理(3个菌种处理和1个不接种对照处理),处理间设有保护行。观察接种固氮菌分别对桉树苗木土壤蛋白酶、土壤多酚氧化酶、土壤蔗糖酶和土壤过氧化氢酶的影响,并得出结论。
In the experiment of Eucalyptus tissue culture when transplanting,with dipping root inoculation method for eucalyptus seedlings inoculated in situ solid nitrogen fixing bacteria good. In the standard test bed,using randomized block design. Set up 4 treatments( 3 strains and 1 non inoculated treatment control treatment),treatment with line protection. To observe the effects of nitrogen fixing bacteria inoculation of eucalyptus seedlings soil protease; effects of nitrogen fixing bacteria inoculation of Eucalyptus seedling soil polyphenol oxidase; effects of nitrogen fixing bacteria inoculation of Eucalyptus seedling soil sucrase and Azotobacter inoculation of Eucalyptus seedling soil catalase. come to conclusion.
