Based on the life cycle of green building project, the paper analyzes the challenges from green building construction process facing toproject manager, and then propose strategies to overcome these challenges, and analyzes necessary knowledge and skills the project managershould have to face the challenges. Finally, the paper gives the recommendations for further development spreading of green buildings.
