根据南京金鹰国际三期项目的实际情况,该工程基坑采用了塔楼顺作、裙楼逆作、顺逆作分区间交叉实施的方案,指出裙楼逆作期间实现了全天候无缝连续施工与跃层施工,加快了施工工期,完成了预期的营业目标。

According to the fact in Golden Eagle International Plaza Phase Ⅲ project in Nanjing city. An innovative solution are provided,which include the down-top construction of tower,top-down of podium with zoned constructions for each section. During the top-down construction of podium,seamless continuous and jump-floor construction methods are facilitated,shortening the total schedule,successfully meeting the opening-up deadline requirements.
