结合茂陵焊轨基地建设工程的设计实例,论述了焊轨基地钢轨生产线的工艺生产流程,结合地形条件及既有设备布置情况,对Z字型、一字型及U字型三种生产布局方案进行了综合比选,确定了Z字型建设方案,经实践证明,Z字型生产工艺布局合理、作业顺畅。

Combining with Maoling rail welded base engineering design example,this paper discusses the production line. According to general layout condition and existing equipment arrangement. Make a comprehensive comparison on Z type,一 type and U type,three type of production layout scheme,determine the Z type construction scheme,production process layout is reasonable and efficient by practice.
